I think Corset Story is a wonderful business. I enjoyed viewing the items online. According to my credit card alert, I'm assuming this company is outside the U.S. I don't know how long one person needs to wait for a delivery internationally but it seemed to be a long time to get my waist training corset.

Has always had excellent quality and mostly low-cost shipping. I've rarely had any problems with them that weren't solved immediately.

I love the corset and the website was easy to navigate. My only complaint is that I never received any shipping confrimation or tracking number. I do a lot of online shopping and I was not used to not being able to check the status.

Initially I had some issues trying to contact Corset Story with questions on my purchases. I was unhappy. One of your representatives, Georgiana, took hold of my issues and worked with me one on one to ensure I had my questions resolved. Although things did not start great, my experience ended wonderfully. I'm a truly satisfied customer!!

I live in the Western U.S. and received my corset (all the way from the U.K) in just a little over a week. Amazing!

Website is well organized, although the descriptions use a small font and grey color so they're sometimes hard to read. Order was filled and shipped promptly.
