thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the corset your ordered was not a perfect fit. As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. If you are not happy with your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you. Kind Regards, CorsetStory

The company was prompt to respond to my queries. It took a little while for the package to arrive, a little over a month, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a time crunch and not in the UK.

It'd be nice to see the price, and build specifications on the receipt next time (to better determine what type of bones ext I would prefer next time).

This is my second time purchasing a corset though this site and I love them! I have never had any problems and the customer service is exceptional and the item also arrived in a very timely manner considering I live in the US and they are in the UK.

The garment got to me fairly quickly. The pricing is very reasonable. I had used a coupon that was supposed to come with free false eyelashes but those did not arrive. I recommend corset story to a lot of people, though.

My husband purchased two corsets for me for Christmas. They were both a bit big, so we returned them for store credit. The return process took a little time, but it wasn't difficult at all.
