They have excellent customer service and have processed each of my orders the same day. I had a problem with my first order (the item I ordered wasn't actually in-stock) and I worked with Chris to get it all sorted. Communication was top rate! I think that instructions on seasoning a new corset could be helpful for newbies but there are a lot of resources out there regardless.

Even with the holiday everything arrived in a nearly timely fashion however the email I received from Maggie in CS when I questioned the length of shipping was curt and less than helpful.

They are great with returns/exchanges. It is hard to get them on the phone but they do answer all e-mails promptly

Waiting to see how they handle a return/exchange. Their initial service and delivery time were excellent...but they've been a bit slow with the return process.

You have great corsets and a lot of the time they're pretty cheap, so that's awesome.

Your service fantastic, regrettably UPS throw your merchandise on our porch. I was on my way out, and they left in such a hurry that couldn't even talk to them.

I've had to send my corsets back 2 times now due to it not fitting, which really isn't that big of a deal, I didn't like how when I sent the email for my 2nd exchange that I didn't get a response for DAYS. But when I sent back my first exchange it was an Immediate response.
