As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. only one minor issue/complaint, the wording used for an order status- while ordering was simple and easy, the help section and sizing explanations are very helpful. once your order has been placed/received and you log back in to check the status of your order a couple of days later, if your order has been completed and shipped all it indicates is complete as a status. no where on the site could i find an explanation of what complete meant. as far as i knew it just meant order has been completed/received. there is no mention of shipped when that has happened. I am ordering from canada, and while i know international shipping times vary, i was left wondering if my order had been shipped yet. Otherwise, excellent service!
