I was beyond pleased with the service when I had to exchange a beautiful steam punk skirt I bought for a girlfriend for her birthday, that I bought a size too big. Beautiful corsets and great quality!

The service was good and my corset came in a timely fashion. The only thing is this, it would be nice to be able to track the shipments regardless of whether the product is being shipped locally or abroad.

Great service. Only suggestion on the site is to add site-wide search by color or size, not just by menu type

thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the corset your ordered was not a perfect fit. As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. If you are not happy with your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you and advise you regarding sizing as well. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Corset-Story
