I didn't have to deal with customer service, but I did recieve a letter from them and it made me feel good knowing that they were there if I needed them. I wish I could have tracked my order with UPS, although it arrived in great time and condition. No complaints what so ever. I will definatley be shopping at Corset Story again and referring all my friends.

Website was fairly easy to navigate. The first time I filled out my order form it didn't go through and I had to fill the whole thing out again. The package arrived within the estimated time frame, although you can't track your delivery.
