Sent an email to customer service asking a question in regards to shipping, didn't get an actual answer for several days. By this point, I only ordered half of the items I had originally planned on purchasing. The customer service lost them an almost $300 sale. Bought the remainder of my items elsewhere

I'm torn - The products are Excellent, the shipping is fast, and in the end I got my issues worked out but I did have poor customer service issues. Non-responsive to emails, incorrect item was shipped, took too long for a refund to be processes. At first I thought I was being scammed but in the end, they made everything right and I will give them a second chance because their products are so beautiful and well made.

I was a little afraid after I ordered and read all the reviews and there was no phone number. I emailed the company and less that 8 hours later at 2am I received an email asking that I give them the proper amount of days. Received product in 7 days and love it!!!!!!!
