Their service is prompt, and well managed. I have always found a variety of things on their website that I would like to purchase. However, I would like to see more of the curvy, GE, corsets since so few are available. The regular ones just do not fit as well.

The only thing I could suggest is to have customer service actually answer a question. I have emailed in before with questions and every time I felt like I was getting a blank stare coming at me in the form of text. I love the store, it has great prices, selection and deals, but the customer service is lacking in the question answering department. Even for something as simple as are you going to get more of this corset in?

Great prices and fast service

The one thing I had issues with is that my three previous purchases from Corset Story were usually over 10 days later than the delivery period specified. Besides that, I've had no problems with Corset Story. Great company with good products- I'll definitely be buying more.

It is disappointing that I got the wrong size the first time because I couldn't try it on before buying it, but, for an online company, service is generally good.

I didnt' have any problem with the service at all, although I would have liked to get tracking information even with basic shipping for my peace of mind.

I sometimes worry about purchasing from overseas because I just never know how the transport is going to go, but there was no delay and the product was well packaged and protected.
