Fantastic selection, my corsets arrived when they said they would with no problems, everything is great!

Took advantage of their buy 1/get 1 offer, but one of the corsets shipped was incorrect, while they were quick to instruct in the return of the wrong item, by this time the corset I had wanted was no longer in stock. The replacement corset that I selected ended up not being in stock, either and a second replacement selection (while I did receive it) ended up not fitting (just not cut for me). So I never did get what I actually wanted, but at least I never paid anything for the second corset.

There were some issues regarding the shipping speed and costs, but in general my contact was helpful and quick.

You guys must sell fast since the sizes I like are mostly sold out! Didn't like the 25% discount being good for a few days. I took the survey and only had a few days to use the Visual25 code. Didn't want to use it before the items got here so I can see them.

It was not clear that the company ships from the UK, so my customs fees were much higher than I expected. Otherwise the service was good.
