The actual customer service was alright, but the refunds/exchanges section said without a tracking number it could take 2-3 weeks to receive the refund. I returned an item for a refund without a tracking number and it has now been a month and I have yet to receive my refund.

Except for 1 corset that was on clearance sale and arrived with a hole clean through the back and front as if it had been pierced by a nail, we are very happy with your merchandise and your service. The holes in the one corset were tiny enough that my daughter simply darned them closed.

the website is good and easy to follow. The return service is bad, no conformation contact upon receiving emails or product and no phone number to call for follow up.
