I'm not sure how to rate the company. I had a nightmare of a time trying to return the corsets but there was extenuating circumstances that weren't the company's fault. Also, when I initially ordered them the sales girl Laura didn't seem all that bright. I had given my PO Box number and my street address and when she said my order couldn't be shipped to a PO Box I told her that she had my house address and just had to strike the PO off the address. She was not capable of comprehending that and it was ridiculous. But the sales person Alix was a wonderful help.

I have loved Corset Story since I discovered you last year. I own three Corset Story corsets and I love all of them. (My favorite is the Black Halterneck- Please please please do this in more colors! I would buy one of each as long it's not pink. However, I was so very very very disappointed that you ran out of the corsets I ordered on the 'biggest sale ever' before my order was filled. I was absolutely giddy that I'd gotten a good deal on the perfect Steampunk corset to wear to the Steampunk ball next month. And hence I was crushed when I saw your note that you were out of stock. At least you gave me my money back, but I would far rather have had the corset.

Good quality corsets are expensive, and if you're plus size they are hard to come by. Luckily, Corset-Story has a huge selection in a variety of sizes AND the price is completely reasonable. I often see similar products going for 5x the price on other sites. Once you consider that CS also has tons of sales and deals, this is easily the best resource I've ever used to get beautiful high quality corsetry.
