Good at communicating etc. But I would be happier if I knew what was in stock before i purchased items

There were some issues with billing early on in my experience with the company, exacerbated by the lack of response from the company itself.

I love the pieces I have received. I haven't always been happy with the customer service when I have needed to send an email with questions, however. The answers have been rather generic, as if the person responding didn't really read my email and they are just replying from a script.

I have never before bought corsets even though I have always been interested in them, but now that I have them I couldn't see myself without them. Thanks to the wonderful and expediant customer service I received, I will surely return to buy some more. Not only that but I have already recommend this site to all my friends and co-workers.

Items arrived quickly. The web site is very difficult to use in terms of finding all of the items available.

Thank you for taking the time to review our services and products. We are in the process of launching a brand new website over the summer available with many options we do not currently offer. We can't wait ! In regards to sizing, I highly recommend getting in touch with our Customer Services team and they'll be able to guide you in selecting a size that would fit you best. We understand finding the perfect fit for a corset can prove a little tricky which is why we offer 60 day exchange policy. Corsets-UK

The sales sections are a little bit sporadic but the interface is useful.
