There was a mistake made on my order and one of the corsets that I received was incorrect. However, when I notified them of the mistake, it was immediately addressed in an extremely expedient manner with the utmost courtesy through customer service rep Alix.

Great prices! I shopped their biggest sale yet and bought two corsets I had been eying for a few months for almost half the price! Shipping was fairly quick, as I chose the cheapest option.

I often recommend corset-story, not only for the quality steel boned corsets but also for the customer service and fair shipping costs.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that one of the items you ordered was not unfortunately in stock. You should have received an email from Corset-story to state that your out of stock item has either been refunded or back ordered for you to be tailored by our manufacturers if it is not being discontinued and was not purchased at a promotional price, or an email to ask of a replacement that you would like us to send you as an alternative. Please email customer services in regards to this and they shall be able to help you further: sales@corsets-uk.com
