Had an issue with the corset sizing that support worked with me very well on. The response time from support on our correspondance back and forth was not quite ideal, but definitely still acceptable. Communication about shipping the order was not ideal. While I did use an untracked shipment method, it would still be nice to get an email notification on the day the order is actually picked up by the shipping company so that I can then know what date range to expect my package to arrive. This would especially be nice since many orders from Corset-Story are custom-made and thus have a lag time of days to weeks after the order is placed before it actually ships out to the customer.

I'm going through the return process; it's been several weeks and the new corset hasn't come yet. I hope it's coming soon.
