I had had a coupon and appears I did not use it correctly, so I contacted customer service and it was applied. Was told that WT-003 had been shipped w/ the coupon applied. Then got an e-mail saying the WT-003 was out of stock. So, I selected another corset (WT-052). And yesterday, I did receive it. Yet...there is no record in my account, at least as far as I can tell, that I actually ordered the WT-052. I think I would have liked the brocade one better. So customer service made it good, yet...not completely happy.

Bit frustrating when browsing your site to have so many items that are pictured in the You may also like area come up as 404 - file not found . Also, the search entire store here section tends to not be able to find items known to be your products.

I never actually received this product, despite really wanting it because it was discontinued. But I'm glad that the company did it's best to make up for that with giving a balance back in return to help purchase something else.

My only complaint is on the purchase of bulk Items. I was not given the opportunity to have my order shipped through standard shipping. I didn't need a rush for my order and would have liked the choice to have paid less, and avoiding the premium shipping charges.

I was so happy with the customer service. I had to send my corsets back for a different size. All my questions were answered and the return process was easy.

I found a corset I loved on your Facebook page and had to have it. I wish there more options available for shipping methods - I found regular ground to be too long.

I was very impressed by the service that I received from the staff at Corset-Story. I think that it would have been even better if there wasn't a small language barrier. The staff there helped me to correct a wrong order and they were very prompt and genial. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Corset-Story!
