I tried to call customer service, but the phone just rang and rang. After almost 3 minutes, I got an automated voice saying to leave a message followed by another automated voice telling me that I am unable to leave a voicemail. I felt like I needed to hound and be on top of everything in order to be taken care of. Eventually I was helped by a very nice person who helped me and answered my questions, it just took some hunting. This one person is the only reason I didn't rate this as poor .

the store is good but the Returns Department leaves mush to be desired. Needed to return 3 out 4 items. Followed directions for returns. My directions were not followed correctly. Had to call the UK in order to get return straightened out.

I have purchased twice with your company and I love it. I did order a small in something because I loved it and you didn't have a medium, your size chart was spot on and I shouldn't have ordered the small because I really am a medium, ugh! :)

Excellent service. I ordered a corset according to websites size chart, and it didn't fit quite right. However, it was very easy to get an exchange, and a week later I had the proper size!

The two in stock items I ordered were promptly delivered, excellent price, nice quality. The out of stock item, I was informed was ready towards the end of the 3-4 week window I had been told to wait. I'm still waiting for shipping confirmation though... I was told within 72 hours, 5 business days ago. Perhaps you shipped it an neglected to send me the tracking information?

Very fast delivery. Corset was beautiful, but was too large. I ordered a 46, for a 50 waist, even fully tightened, my double d's couldn't fill the bust areA. I ordered a 42, and this fit, but I will need a longline, so will order again. Excellent quality, would order again.
