They shipped the wrong item - still waiting for resolution. Took a few days to get their attention then it took me a few days to send the requested info - i.e. a picture. Item arrived last Saturday and I sent the request on Friday. So still waiting

I love the items I got, again, this is my 3rd or fourth order from them... however, it has taken forever to get my CD-831, I ordered it back on april 5th and I just got an email today, may 2nd, that its being shipped. So I'm not even going to see it for another 7-14 days (because I believe I read any back ordered items will default to the non-tracking shipping). I know it says that it would be ready for 3-4 weeks, but the anticipation is killing me!

The corsets are well made and look amazing. I was also very pleased with your Customer Service. This was my first corset purchase, so of course I ordered the wrong size. Your customer service always answered my questions and kept me well informed on my exchange and new shipment.
