I am having to return one because they sent me the wrong size, i ordered a 32 and recieved a 34 so i am having to return it. but other than that i am in love with the corsets. and really wish the mistake had not of been made because i planned on wearing that particular one to a renaissance festival.

I received a product that was flawed and was asked to send a photo which I did but now I haven't heard back about how this will be resolved. With a flawed product, I would have expected a quick response to resolve it.

I'm still waiting for my product. I had received sizes far too big for me, and returned them for an exchange in smaller sizes. They still haven't arrived, and I am on business day 7. According to the email, it could be up to another 5 business days. The original shipping only took 3 days. With the returned products, I never received a tracking number, so I don't even know for sure if they've been shipped and when. I can only count on the confirmation email I received on the successful exchange. The original process went extremely smoothly, and if the sizes were correct to start, I would be giving an excellent rating. However, I have to say good, because on the exchange process, I'm kind of left in the dark.

I would rate the site as Excellent but I am awaiting an order that I placed about two weeks ago that I have not received yet. I also am still awaiting my refund that for two other corsets I ordered that were too large after measuring precisely where I was told to. I love the corsets on the website, and the one customer service rep, Alix , that has helped me, but I am still unsatisfied because of these two issues. Maybe I'll be happier once my corset arrives and I get my refund. It's just been a little aggravating. Sorry to be so blunt.

Service was excellent, and the corsets are attractive and appear to be well made. Unfortunately, the dimensions of the corsets do not fit me well, so I am planning to return them. I have a 26-inch waist but normally wear a bra size of 28DD, so the 30-inch bust on the size 22 corset does not provide the kind of support that I was hoping for, and I can't go down a size because it would be too tight for my waist. I may have to investigate a custom option elsewhere.
