I have not received my order as of yet. Because it was in stock when I placed the order. But the next day was out and on back order. I really did not want to wait 3 weeks for a back order.

It would be helpful to know at the time of ordering if the item is out of stock, discontinued, etc.

I ordered an item that was listed as low in stock. When it turned out that it wasn't possible to ship the item after all, Corset story promptly informed me, and also when asked, they promptly refunded my money.

I love their corsets! The steel boned corsets are excellent quality. This was my second order and I was a bit disappointed with the time it took for them to realize the fascinator was out of stock and to finally ship the rest of my order. It took at least a month from my order date for the items to ship, even though I kept getting emails saying that it was preparing to ship. I should not have been able to purchase the fascinator if it was not going to be in stock.

I enjoyed the site and shopping was easy. They notified me when my backorder shipped, but I was getting antsy about it showing up, but it came on the last of the suggested business days.
