The customer service was often a shop in the dark. Sometimes helpful but most times unhelpful and borderline rude. I bought a corset and waited three to four weeks only to find out if was too big. When I looked to exchange it they style was completely sold out and for $30 less than what I paid. Emailing customer service about when it'd come back in stock was like pulling teeth. I got vague replies often telling me to look at their other corsets. Finally someone told me that it was discontinued. Despite this I checked the page every day for a month until someone returned the same corset in the size I needed. Now I'm in the process of trying to get my refund for the old one that was too big. I was a huge hassle and I'm really glad it is finally over.

Service was great. Directions on ordering are a bit fuzzy. There needs to be some way that women with long torsos and big breast can wear a corset that fits properly.
