Excellent customer service! I had ordered a corset, but I ordered the wrong size. I received detailed instructions on how to do the exchange from Alix. Within one day of receiving the return, Laura sent an email that she was shipping out the new corset that day! I am very pleased with their assistance.

I saw Corsets-Story on facebook and fell in love with the price, style and just have to have one or more. My first order has yet to arrive so I cannot comment on the quality of your merchandise.

I love it. For the most part great deals for corsets. Unfortunately I've just found that the sizing isn't right. Where I have a large corset that is too big for me, I ordered a medium and it's too small. There is no happy middle. Either it's completely cinched or wide open. Disappointing for sure.

Overall, I am pleased with this company. There have been a few items that I wasn't thrilled with, but not disappointed enough that I wanted to go through the trouble to return the items. I have had enough please purchases that I still browse the website and order
