I liked two of the 5 corsets I ordered and have returned the other 3 that didn't fit well. I mailed it, and sent your costumer service an email with UPS tracking number. I have not heard back from you. I wish I had received an email saying that you got my package and is refunding the money from the corsets I returned. Thanks, Elka

I love it. I have been happy with all my purchases. my pnly complaint is that I am a bit larger than your xtra large but not a Plus size so I buy your largest but have to let it out very wide. one more size up would be great!

Wonderful site. Have bought 2 corsets now and love them both. Exactly what we expected. Very happy and will continue to use and recommend them.

I like the company, I like the corsets, I like the designs, and I like the sales. A lot of them are more than I'd like to pay, but it's understandable because they're fancy and they're nice, but they also usually have some things on sale, so that's good.

There needs to be more clear indications of exactly when things shipped and when they are likely to arrive. I regularly have issues with couriers in NZ and would like to know what date my items have been shipped so I can keep an eye on how long the couriers have taken to deliver items.

The site was a little confusing over what was available or not size-wise. Some images that were featuring products went to dead links. Took a long time to suss out the navigation.

In general, I REALLY like Corset-Story. Their site is wonderfully laid out, everything is a reasonable price (and the constant sales are a nice bonus too!), and the quality of the products are fantastic. Unfortunately, their shipping has me less than pleased. My roommate and I both ordered corsets from this site one week apart. Despite the fact that she ordered hers a week later, hers arrived almost a week before mine. The 5-12 business day shipping turned out to be more like 15-20.
