I understand the shipping process is slow due to COVID, but I’m just going to write this so people know, it took almost 4 months for my package to get to me, but the quality is amazing and high end these are worth the wait. If you are impatient like me don’t buy the pre orders right now. Other than that the customer care was easy to get ahold of, and they were very understanding and helpful with my questions. And I love my corsets they are just amazing 🤩

While shipment was delayed almost 30 days (due to a backordered item) everything else has been great. The corsets are not stiff or hard and mold to your body. They are package perfectly. Happy with the purchase so far.

I bought four corsets and each is beautiful and fits perfectly (bought two size 2 and two size 4).

Two of the four I bought were preorders, I placed my order on February 19 and the preorders had arrived March 1st. Unfortunately it was delayed a total of 9 weeks and only arrived May 17. I was in continuous communication with Corset Story and they kept assuring me it was only 2 more weeks, then it was 3 more weeks, then it was unknown. I tried to switch my order exchanging the two preorders but they must have sold one of the other corsets I ordered because they informed me that 3 were pre-orders now. The styles I had chosen were outer-wear and they did not have almost anything in stock for me to exchange my order so I just waited (assuming it was only gonna be a couple more weeks).

If I had known the wait would have been this long I would never have ordered from here. I wish the website had a way of filtering in-stock options AND they really should have a clause clearly stating how long you might have to wait for these corsets (2-3 months maybe). I bought two of the corsets as a gift and was really disappointed I had to give them so late.

Thankfully they are really beautiful and I am happy with the product.

Due to the pandemic my order was delayed for a few months but the team kept me informed every step of the way so I was never left wondering what was going on with my order and the corsets I ordered were worth the wait! Looking forward to hot girl summer 😊

The corsets are beautiful to start, even nicer in person than they looked online. What was more amazing to me though was that when my corsets didn’t arrive when I thought they would and I emailed to ask what was up, they not only replied but they told me exactly what was going on and offered to swap the corset that was causing the delay for another one.

The overbust corsets don't work well for smaller chests - the lacing ends up a triangle instead of evenly a few inches apart and the top of some would overlap while the hip was laced wider than the modesty flap for me. The underbust styles work much better if you have this kind of shape. I'm trying an exchange.

There was a shipping delay, outside of the company's control, and they stayed in contact and were quick to reply to customer questions. When the corsets were available to be delivered they were shipped very quickly. I appreciate the effort they took to keep customers in the loop!
