This was the first corset I purchased. Due to my own error in sizing myself, the first was much too big and I had to return it. Customer service was very professional, everything (mailing, refund, etc) took place promptly and within threw described time frame. I appreciate that while I was offered store credit in place of a refund, I was not pressured to take the credit. Overall, I am very pleased and providing that the replacement corset I purchased in a smaller size proves to be as nice when with a the oversized one appeared to be upon inspection, I can see myself doing more business with the company.

the product is fantastic and if it had been longer i would be keeping it. i am only sending it back due to sizing (length) issues and keeping the suspender clips for use with the replacement i am ordering in the near future once i see the right corset at my price point. the boning is perfect and very supportive, the lacing is strong and very easy to work with. the material is beautiful and seems very strong in order to take the stresses of a waist training corset. i am very happy with the corset's look and functionality. the shipping was a bit of a wait though. it did take all of nearly 13-15 business days to arrive considering the holiday xmas and new years, ordering on december 10 and arriving on January 3rd. but it was within the margin of the time estimate of 15 business days so it was not that bad, the anticipation was just murder though ;-) thank you, Alex Reitor

Loved the corsets. Are very strong and sturdy, should last well with multiple wearings at our university theatre. They fit well, though I ordered corsets 2 to 4 inches smaller than waist measurement. We have college students and are not pulling the corsets in to get smaller waists. Corsets arrived within a week of ordering.

The website seems pretty good and i love the selection and promotions. The help section could be looked over, the grammer sometimes makes what you are trying to say confusing. I think it just needs to be proofread. Also, I have yet to receive my corset, therefore the estimated time of shipping is really off. It has been 17days when I was told about a week and I still havent received it.

I absolutely love my corset. It was shipped quickly and got here with in 5 days of its shipping. It is put together well and very comfortable.I love the front zipper closure it makes for easy in and out. After receiving it i bought a second one (Under bust style) and am awaiting its arrival now. I at first thought the shipping was a bit steep but then thinking about it realized that it was coming from the UK so it actually isn't bad at all. :)

This is my 3rd order from Corset story. I'm very happy with my corsets. The first was 3 corsets that didn't fit a friend that ordered and she sold them to me for what she spent. I purchased another order in the colors I really almost right away. And a year later this last order. The only thing I wish was easier is the return policy. That is why my friend ended up selling them to me because returning them was not easy or cheap.

In general, i love the products that Corset Story offers. The only thing I find myself being irritated about is that bust size is often not taken into account for larger size corsets. Depending on the model my chest is either on top of, or lost within the corset, when on both they should be supported. In future updates to the site it would be much appreciated if bust size was taken into account. During my last order, I also had a packing error in which my street name was not listed, and I had to sort this error out with UPS myself. Please take more care when printing your shipping labels.
