It's a rather user-friendly site with a lot of helpful information. I suppose my only frustration was the shipping time, as I was told it would take 5 - 12 days to come (so I assumed it would be somewhere in the middle), and it took all twelve days. It just would have been nice to be warned with a slightly more narrow margin. :)

The quality of the garments was excellent, they arrived timely. However on the website when you look under the links for correct sizing there is a suggestion to order a size that is 4-5 inches smaller than your natural waste line which is advice that I think should be taken off the site because I did just that but the sizes were to small, so I had to return them for the correct size, the return process seemed easy enough although I have yet to receive my exchanges

This has been my first experience ordering steel boned corsets and was a bit leery about getting these without actually being sure of my measurements. However the corsets (3) I ordered fit almost perfectly, my only complaint being that I would have perfered amaybe 3 inches longer and a bit more of an hour glass shaping,... but overall this was an excellent experience and I Will order more corsets from Corset Story

The only thing, and this will not deter me from ordering again, is that the possibility of a currency exchange/foreign currency charge is not listed more clearly/larger, especially since pricing is in USD.
