I love Corsets-story! They have such a wide variety, and some great sales, without them I wouldn't be able to afford any of the lovely garments!

I am very pleased with my first experience with your company. Your items are of excellent quality and are reasonably priced, even after paying the import fees to Canada. Unfortunately, I had a little trouble with the sizing and 3 of the 4 items did not fit properly. The only thing I would suggest is that you supply more sizing information on your site...for example, sizing around the bust area. I will be reordering...now that I have an idea of the actual sizing, I will know what sizes I need for my future orders. Other good news is that I do not have to return my items...they are so beautiful, that I had no problem finding a friend who wanted to purchase them from me!!! Thank you Corset-Story!!!

All the corsets got to my house 3 days after I had ordered them. Very well packaged, very discreet (besides the red packaging but no one really suspected anything.)

It took a bit longer than expected, but it was also Halloween, and they explained the volume is much higher than normal. Still happy with everything else, specially the communication.

Why is there no tracking on the website?

I've worn these corsets for a week now and I love them. They are so strong and well made. Thank you.

I have not yet received my products. Last time I ordered they were sent to my billing address not my shipping address, I hope that doesn't happen again. The other thing that has bothered me is so far everytime I order more than 1 item, at least one is actually not available to purchase

Good company, but the return process seems a little slow. I'll admit that I have never returned anything online before, but it could have been a little easier with more definitive answers from the people that were replying.

Ordering was easy, however, I haven't received my order yet. When I do order online, even with the free or cheaper shipping, I usually receive it within 3-5 business days...it has now been 11 days, so I hope I receive it in time for my party this week.

The shipping was fast and the products were excellent. I'm just a little put off that my third item has not arrived yet. I know if it's not in stock the estimated date of arrival is 3-4 weeks later but it's now been over a month and I received an email stating it would be shipped a week ago. Hopefully it gets here soon. So yes if the item is in stock the shipping is incredible fast even if your on the other side of the world and the products are well worth the money spent.

Excellent layout on the website. Made it very easy to browse and then go back to an item I wanted days after first seeing it. However, the shipping details are confusing. I never received a clear email stating that my order had been shipped. It has been nine days since ordering and I do not know if my corset is on its way, back ordered, or shipped late. These items should be addressed whether or not a customer pays extra for tracking service on their package. The only email I got simply explained the shipping times. It did not tell me, Your item [insert] has shipped via [chosen shipping plan] . I ordered for a specific event and now have to wonder if the corset will arrive in time.
