The quality and design of the corsets are really good. They look exactly like the picture. However, I based the size I bought off the sizing chart and they are still a little small for me.

The ordering and shipping service was stellar, although I had an issue with sizing of two of the corsets. Did receive one email from customer service clarifying which corsets didn’t fit, but other than that one email no more contact even after sending a follow up email asking if there was something for me to do to get the correct sizes and/or if I was supposed to send them back for exchange. Otherwise the rating would have been higher. Five stars for the ordering process and fast shipping, zero or one star for the horrible customer service...or rather the lack of customer service. :o(

I'm in love with my corsets! Me and my sister ordered corsets and we couldn't be happier. They are super durable materials and insanely speedy delivery. I placed my order on a Saturday night and they were at my house the Wednesday after. I was so shocked and excited! plus every thing I ordered fit!!! Taking my own measurements was easy and the charts were accurate. Thank you so much! I can't wait until I get the opportunity to spoil myself like this again. WELL WORTH IT! ❤❤❤

I received help with the sizing, ordered a size up but decided to go with the recommended size. They made the order changes right away. When I wanted to switch the corset ahead of the shipping changes were made again. I could not have been more difficult but received a response and help almost immediately. Just give them until the next day but it will be done.

Beautifully crafted and fast shipping , even overseas!! I do have one or two that don't for as I'd like but that's my fault for underestimating the fact they run small BC usually thats why your buying a corset is to train your waist so get the corsets you'd like to wear as your outfit in the size thats a little bigger than your true size .

I've made quite a few purchases at your US store - and have little to no complaints whatsoever.
You provide a diverse range of corsets to choose from- and while the price is fairly steep, its understandable due to the quality.
Your delivery time is remarkably fast- and its worth paying extra for express shipping!
Last but not least, your patient and thorough customer service is always welcome- keep up the stellar work!
