Responded to my emails in a timely manner with sufficient explanations. Was able to get in touch with a live representative fairly easy (when you don't consider the time difference). My product came in a timely manner I ordered on 10/18/2012 and recieved my order on 10/25/2012. However, PLEASE NOTE they do not provide tracking numbers for standard shipping and this proved to be a highly anxious situation since I was under a time constraint. However I fared well considering some of the nightmares I heard about CS.

The only thing I wanted to comment on was the sizing chart I followed it and both of the corsets I bought were way to big and I now I have to return them. I was very disappointed. I love the products and the costumer service and the promptness of my order. I just wish I got the correct size.

Only comment is that if you are going to use the term tracked in your fast shipping, please allow your customers to obtain that tracking information. If this is not possible then it cannot be called a tracked shipment.
