This site has excellent product and first-class customer service. I only wish they carried corsets from a variety of eras. It would be so fabulous, say, if they carried Georgian and Regency corsets!

Wonderful site, love the ease of use! Could use the cart to not empty after 10 mins though (had to keep putting my items back in the cart while still shopping)

The website has lots of helpful information to help you figure out the right size and style for you. However, in ordering a corset that was on backorder, it would have been nice to find somewhere something about how it either takes the full three weeks or that the three weeks is max but frequently is finished by however long. It was also a little hard to find the contact information if you didn't go to the home page, even though I didn't end up needing it.

I emailed customer service and got a speedy and helpful reply. My purchase arrived in an acceptable amount of time. I was happy overall with my purchase, and I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for the buy 3 get one free deal and the free shipping.

This order was a replacement purchased using a credit from a previously cancelled order. Instock items with this company are great. Backorder leaves a LOT to be desired.
