I have not received my corset yet. I ordered a matching skirt the next day and already received it last week. But without a way to track my shipment, I have not idea when I am going to get it. I ordered this for an upcoming costume party and I hope I get it in time. I would hate to have to cancel because my costume is incomplete.

Service was good but I am starting to get seriously upset about the delay in shipping. My corset hasn't arrived even though it was ordered approximately 6 weeks ago. I know it was Made-to-order and that accounted for some of the delay, but it allegedly shipped about 2 weeks ago and still has not show up. I had emailed the site (which did respond quite promptly) and they assured me it would be arriving soon. I wanted it for a Renaissance Fair this past weekend, but it did not arrive in time. I'm holding out hope that it arrives sometime this week, otherwise I will most likely be disputing the charge to my card for the corset.

Sara, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your order, I can confirm this was ordered on the 3rd September and was received back to our facility on the 1st October in the 3-4 week pre order time frame, this was dispatched 72 hours after being received on the 4th October, and today is the 9th working day in the 5-12 working day method. I really liked the prices and the products are very pretty, but i dislike that we aren't given a tracking number for our purchases. I made my purchase on September 30 and i am suppose to receive 5 to 12 days later. It is now October 14. If you don't include the weekends its only been 10 days, but i am getting a little impatient since without the tracking number i have no idea where it is.
