It takes 2-3 business days for a customer service representative to respond to my email, which I felt was a little long, but once I received a response, it was extremely helpful. Sadly their returns process is extremely confusing. I followed the directions on the packing slip and shipped the item back at my own expense, only to find that it is possible to file for an RMA online, which will, at least, provide a packing label. Also, though tracking information shows my return was received 3 days ago, I have yet to be notified about the progress of my exchange.

I haven't received my corset yet, but when I tried calling the company, no answer or a way to leave a message. There also is no way to tell where my corset is or when it was shipped.
