I would rate this as excellent except the two times that I ordered corsets with the three for two sale I only got two corsets. The third ones that were part of my order were labeled as low-stock on the website but were actually not in stock at all. It was really very disappointing, but on the plus side, the costumer service was excellent, they never gave up on me. I wanted to get a replacement corset instead of wait for the back order and they were more then happy to comply.

So far my experience is good. My corset arrived and was well made. I was happy with the design and material but it was too large. I am in the process of returning it for a credit and ordering a new one. Unfortunately there is a 3 week delay for the new one I have ordered which is disappointing as I wanted it for a Medieval Faire in late September.

I think their prices are amazing, I think the products are beautiful, I just think their sizing is a bit off.

My corsets arrive safe and sound even though there were some minor issues during shipping (nothing to do with Corset Story at all). They worked hard to help me resolve the problem. I will be ordering more corsets in the future for sure! The quality was as good as I expected and I have quite high standards.

The site was easy to navigate but the site seemed a little boring in design. I didnt see any of the $20 corsets but they may have run out when I arrived at the site.
