Response to my emailed question took awhile.

The info for making a informed decision on the website was good. The online support could use a little help. and giving a person an ideal of the GMT (in my case -8) is a good ideal. (1am in the morning calls for support isn't good)

The 3 for 2 offer was perfectly times for our bachelorette party and we received our order within 48 hours despite having to come to the US. There was sufficient selection for all budgets

I bought a COTD and was really pleased with the price I paid for a steel boned corset.

When I ordered the first three corsets, I received them in a week. Then I needed a fourth right away, but did not receive the corset until almost two weeks. The fourth corset did not arrive in time. Initially, I was not aware that the corsets were coming from the UK when I ordered. The site appears that the corsets were being shipped from the US, thus I did not consider the extra delivery times or delays that are usually expected for international shipments.

The corset I ordered was a clearance item, and was out of stock before they got to my order. Alix promptly emailed to tell me of this, and told me they would send me a different one if I wanted. I found one I liked and replied to the email. First thing the next morning I got an email back stating that the website listed the wrong color, and asked if that would be okay, or if I wanted the other corset I listed in my email (which was more expensive). I okayed the other color, and Alix sent me an email before the end of that day saying that s/he had filled and shipped the order. This took a few days because of the time difference. So, in my opinion, the customer service is amazing! Alix was prompt to respond and fix the issue. The corset I got was actually $10 more than the corset I originally ordered and they did not charge me the difference. And after stating that I needed the corset by the end of the next week, they shipped it with the fastest shipping method and I got it in 2 days! Which they did not charge me for either. (from the UK to the US!) I originally paid for the 2nd fastest shipping which was 1-2 weeks. I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely order from Corset-Story again!
