good service, and good delivery time, my only squabble is wishing we could get tracking to have a heads up on when to expect the package. otherwise, excellent.

Thank you for your positive feedback. We do offer a traceable service in delivery, this is the Express 2-5 working day method which you can also select as a delivery method on our website, unfortunately the Standard 5-12 working day method is not a traceable service. I hope this is okay!

Corset Story is a great site with excellent corsets! I have had custom made corsets and have purchased corsets from vendors at lifestyle events that cost hundreds of dollars. Corset Story corsets compare with the custom in quality and fit and far surpass the ones purchased at events. The prices cannot be beat anywhere for the quality and design! I am a customer for life and will not purchase my corsets anywhere else! I received my order within 5 days of ordering this time and on my previous orders they were just as quick. Returning and re-ordering is no problem and the customer service is excellent!

This is my second purchase from Corset-Story. I still haven't quite figured out what size I need to buy but I have a better idea now - and that's probably my fault for not contacting customer service before buying.

Shipping was fast for being international. Thank you! One thing I would comment on is the purchase status on my purchased items. When item is shipped out and the item is shipped without tracking number, instead having order complete in the status line; be replaced with order shipped . This replaces the guessing game, when the order will approximately arrive.- Just an thought.

Love the site, corsets move on the site very quickly. Would love for coupon codes to be easily visible for application to orders.

While I know that tracking numbers aren't available for the shipping method I chose, I wish there was. Also, it would be nice to receive a notification when it ships. Otherwise it was great!

I've ordered a few corsets and have always been very happy with the quality, customer service and sales. Delivery is always on time or a little early. I'm glad that I stumbled onto this site and have recommended it customers and friends.

Most of my first choices were on backorder for three weeks in my desired size. But once I settled on some other choices which were available in my desired size and placed my order it was processed and shipped in a very accurate and timely manner. The products I received are of very good quality.
