Great product, fast shipping! I have no complaints about the corsets or the shipping. A couple of minor things, though. I contacted customer service by email because I ordered the wrong size Union Jack corset, and that experience wasn't as great. While the mistake was mine, there were a couple of things that I didn't love about the response from customer service. First, instead of mentioning your great return and exchange policy as a way to deal with my problem, I got a paragraph about needing to be more careful with my order. It just seemed like a negative approach, as opposed to offering the very real way that you could help with my problem. Also, I know that it's a function of the ticketing system, but saying that my issue was Resolved after sending an email that offered no help was a bit irksome. Perhaps another word could be used for tickets you close. These things won't keep me from coming back, but they do seem like simple ways of improving your customer service experience.
