Corset story provides a great variety of corsets. They provide a number of different fabrics, styles, and sizes. I really like variety and I feel that corset story recognizes that everyone is built differently and they are willing to accomodate that.

They have always had excellent products as well as excellent service and tell you up front if there are going to be delays with the order.

Customer service has been quick and courteous responding to my questions via email. The shipping was very fast, but the plastic shipping bag the items came in was slightly damaged. My only suggestion would be using a more protective, padded envelope. Also the metal clasps at the front could probably be improved so as not to damage the fabric.

Excellent this time. However, I was not happy with my first order when I kept getting messages that my issue was deemed resolved, when clearly it was not, and I nearly did not order again due due to that experiance. Hope this helps.

Excellent communication for when I had ordered 2 out-of-stock items and needed one of them sooner than the other. Thankfully, my corset got here in time for the convention, and I wasn't asked to pay for the separate shipping.
