I don’t think I’ve had an online shopping experience more smooth and enjoyable than this. Before ordering I reached out via fb and got answers pretty quickly to questions I had about the sizing. After I made my order, the package arrived in Canada in TWO DAYS!!! All of the emails from corset story leading up to the delivery were chock full of useful information on corset wearing, care, returns, etc.
When my order arrived, I realized the corset I bought for myself was too short for my torso, and again reached out to corset story and got helpful suggestions for an exchange item.
I have never made a return on a piece of clothing I bought online before because I was too exhausted at the idea of paying return shipping and going to the post office. I honestly couldn’t believe how seamless it was on this site. I got to schedule a pickup from my own house and didn’t have to pay any extra fees: just print out the label, repackage my item, and hand it to the driver on pickup day.
Corset Story is the gold standard of online clothing shopping IMO. Fantastic.

The corsets are all very well made and very sturdy, but all of mine were laced in a way that meant I couldn't loosen or tighten the lacing without re-lacing all of them first (and two of them have shorter laces than the others, despite all being the same size). They're all beautiful though! I will hopefully be able to get some new laces for the ones that don't have long enough ones. Also- two of them had single-faced satin ribbon (double-faced is standard) and one of them didn't have sealed ends, but the other did.
The customer service and shipping were great as always! Everything was received very quickly, and the packing and packaging was phenomenal. I really enjoyed the inclusion of little steel bones with each one! Thanks so much for having such great pieces. The colors are always so vibrant, and everything actually looks nicer than the photos, which is fantastic. Most of my corsets are from Corset Story, I hope this continues!
