The corsets are lovely, but I'm trying to exchange one and having issues. I completed the online exchange info and sent an email to the your company asking for guidance regarding how to return the one I don't want and haven't gotten any communications either regarding the replacement corset I requested or how to return the one I don't want.

Great experience even though I am having to exchange 3 of the corsets that were purchased.

My second time ordering from Corset Story and again exceeded expectations! This time I ordered two full coverage shirt-style corsets for work and I found the size I normally wear for a night out with the girls out didn't work as the waist fit but I couldn't actually cover the girls. I contacted Corset Story via email and let them know, asking what the process for an exchange was, and size recommendation. Emails were prompt considering the time changes, extremely helpful and courteous. Will definitely continue ordering!!

The quality is amazing but the service was even better! I ordered four corsets and the shipping was ultra quick. When they arrived they were gorgeous but didn’t fit! The return process was so easy and customer service was so quick to help! They received my return abs sent me my new corsets within a week! Can’t wait to order more!

I absolutely love all the corsets I received! They're beautiful, well made and better quality than I had imagined, although it's definitely what I was hoping for.

Received my order surprisingly fast. Everything fits really well, though I could probably have gone down a size. Better safe than sorry with a first time purchase. Quality is great, and styles are gorgeous!
