Crossover Symmetry has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Matt Unthank was incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He made the entire experience easy and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. The products are great, but service like this is what really makes me want to keep supporting the company. Huge thanks to Matt and the Crossover Symmetry team

Great customer service

Need an app or web site to show different exercises by sport.

It was great

Seems to be a good piece of exercise equipment but the lack of an app makes getting used to the exercises difficult. Going online and having the videos very small (even on my iPhone 16) is a pain.

👍

Awesome. This product completely overhauled my shoulders

What to bloody hell u want me to write ✍️?
What experience? I received the item. Item is working.

Great Company great product! Fast shipping and very happy.

I love this product and the customer service! They are more than helpful. They went out of their way to help me solve my issues and helped me figure out the best solutions to my issues with ankles, knees, and shoulders. Wipe highly recommend!

Solid thanks

These people will really take care of you. I had a very strange situation and they bent over backwards to make it right.

Crossover Symmetry products are without compare - the highest quality and best engineered of any company. The support team is also without peer- always providing superior customer service and support in the application, use and assistance with the equipment & programs they produce. I would highly suggest ArmCare educational courses to support use of these products as well, if you are someone who is not formally trained (and I am referring to college course load) in sports performance training,

Outstanding product that I use daily. Top notch customer service regarding add-ons and custom orders.

I was diagnosed with a labrum tear & shoulder instability in 2018. I could barely sleep or put on my own shirt, which isn’t good considering I’m a dental hygienist & need working arms. I was told surgery would be a good option if my pain didn’t improve. After 2 rounds of physical therapy that were worthless, I started using the Crossover Symmetry program after being introduced by CrossFit instructor who used the bands himself with great success. I faithfully did the program and slowly but surely my shoulder got better. I think it took about 6 months for the pain to completely go away (after 3 years of continuous pain!), but I still to this day have NO pain in my shoulder!
Fast forward to this year: my husband fell off a roof and dislocated his shoulder (among other far worse injuries - he’s okay now). His PT actually uses the Crossover Symmetry bands in their practice & gave him the OK to do the program at home for his shoulder, as they had more important body parts to rehab there with his broken bones & surgeries elsewhere. My bands from 6 years ago are still in perfect condition so we didn’t have to re-buy anything, despite the fact they get regular use - I still use their shoulder activation program before workouts. After 2 months, his shoulder is feeling great and his surgeon (who was initially on the fence about surgery) said no shoulder surgery is required!!
My husband and I both avoided surgery thanks to these bands and the program & I am able to do my job without the excruciating pain. I couldn’t recommend Crossover Symmetry more wholeheartedly!!!

company that believes in their product

The company, products, communication, service and employees are well above average. Especially in this time where few give a **** about customer service.

These bands are great and the programs are simple and effective. I hope this company is around for a very long time. Their customer service is second to none. I have been a satisfied customer for years now. I believe I've purchased everything that they sell. Keep up the good work crossover symmetry crew!!!

Outstanding Customer Service. Superb quality product. Highly recommended.
