Amazing company! Amazing customer service. I “forgot” to add the wall mounts on my order, and CS sent me some on them, without me asking for a “gift”! Who does that?!! I’m wow’ed and will be a fan forever. I use this equipment to change peoples lives and am thrilled I get a solid company like CS to work with.

Solid product and programs. My shoulder has felt much better after only a few weeks time. The system is quick and easy to follow. I would provide 5 stars if they had an app to follow for the online programming. Great product and value.

Although the wrong cords were shipped, I’m still so happy! I called and they let me keep the incorrect cords, and shipped the correct ones right away. We love the system and can already feel a difference in our strength.

Absolutely believe in your product. The information you provide online is top notch. Product quality top shelf, program placard is perfect! Would give 5 stars but price is a little high. Thank you for a great product! Already recommended and have seen two purchases.

I recently ordered a Crossover Symmetry pack along with an additional band. Somehow I got two of one weight on the bands. I emailed as soon as I open the box about exchanging one set of the bands for another weight to be used for PT following my surgery and never heard back. I’m really excited to utilize the system. Just bummed with the lack of customer service.

I've suffered from a right shoulder impingement that caused some mobility issues with my golf swing and my weight training. Over the past few weeks, I've done the CS activation & activation+ routine and it's really helping. My shoulder is starting to feel better, and I can tell that my strength and mobility are increasing. I'm now starting to implement the iron scap/strength routine and look forward to seeing more improvements to come. This is a great product.
