My son uses the bands every day, carries them to school and back, to the gym and back, and has to keep them secret from his "old school - living legend - it's a honor to step on this field - those bands are horse sh***t and knock it off and get over there to throw your bullpen - this just shows you we are great coaches - nobody works harder then we do coaches"

I have been told I have impingement in my shoulders. My right shoulder was actually hurting when I worked out.
The crossover system is what my pt was using with me. I didn't make enough progress in pt to get back to normal. Was sent home with a simpler program than that provided by crossover. The home program didn't workout.
So far with crossover I've made real progress. My shoulder feels more stable and I can do a small number of push-ups without twinges.
The book and videos and equipment are a great package. Definitely worth trying if you got shoulder issues.

Very nice system with appropriate exercises to strengthen around my shoulders. I've only been doing it for a month now and can tell a little difference but I wish the kit came with more options for multiple attachments. I have the door attachments but also need rig attachments so I can realistically use this 3x/day. It's at my office and I use it 1/day right now and am excited to get to 3x/day.

These are a quality made workout/therapy band. We use them to both warm up and cool down our shoulders for Crossfit. They seem to help with lingering shoulder problems as well. The only thing I hate about them is that I had to pay $30 shipping to get them here. They did ship very fast but still, $30 for shipping is utterly ridiculous.
