Customer service is horrible there is no live person to talk to, no calls are answered. I opened three tickets and received a response to only one .Shipping time not good. One good thing was that I did receive my money back after my order did not ship after payed to have it ship expedited. I will not recommend or by from your company ever.

Well, I usually try to be positive, but...I just got an email telling me to write about my experience with devices now. I would try to be nice, but it's going on three weeks and I still haven't received my phone. They charged my card, though. That's cool. I would never order again or recommend this company to even my worst enemies.

Horrible! I ordered a Samsung galaxy S6 and more than 2 weeks later it still says processing. No one answers the phone or even the complaint tickets the answering machine tells you to fill out. There is no way to get a hold of these people so I've opened a complaint with my credit card. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Got an error when trying to pay with a credit card, it gave me a number to call the merchant. The number was a recording that said to open a helpdesk ticket but didn't say how to do that.

I am very dissatisfied with this website. I never received my purchase. Money was taken from my account as soon as the purchase was made. Attempted to use the live chat feature on the website, but it was disabled and then removed after a couple of days. When checking the status of my order, all it continues to say is "processing" after two weeks. Sent an email to customer service and still heard nothing. End result l, I contacted my bank so they can make a claim against the company. I will NEVER order from this site again!
