When originally ordering it took a little bit to receive. After a couple of days the charging port went out while on a trip. I tried to contact co several different ways and had a very difficult time reaching them. After emailing, calling tons of times, finding the owners alias and wife on fb, I messaged them with no response. I finally lucked up and someone answered the phone. I was nervous by this time about returning the phone. I did return and they sent one immediately to me but i still had to wait. The phone returned as another color but i was ok with that since it was the original color i would have like to have ordered. Very nice, but basically VERY hard to contact.
