3 days and haven't received my order. Customer support is good but too much delay.Taking customers for granted. EDIT: waited 4 days only to be refunded. At least I got refunded.

I purchased 2200 FIFA 20 points. I got the confirmation email. My money was deducted and it has been more than 24 hours and I have not received the content which I was supposed to get. (Edited) it was a bit late but got my order.

The game code for fifa 20 worked fine for me and everything was good apart from the long wait. Same thing happened with me for my far cry 4 purchase. Digicode should understand that gamers are eager to get their hands on the game after purchasing and the delay in code processing is a bad experience.

Also I found on reddit that EA revoked game codes on multiple acctwhich were purchased from 3rd party. Curious to know if digicode will entertain such scenarios or not because I love the deals on your site and ending up with a revoked code is the last thing I would want.
