We've been doing business with this textile company for approximately 8-10 years. We've spent tens of thousands year after year after year with this company. The ordering process used to be pretty simple but ever since they moved from Lakeland to their Orlando location, I've had major issues with ordering. Basically, every time I've placed an order with them since they moved to Orlando, it's taken several days to sometimes over a week to get my products.

IT IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER EXPECTING THE PRODUCTS THE NEXT DAY AND IT TAKES 4 OR 5 DAYS OR OVER A WEEK AND SEVERAL CALLS OF FRUSTRATION TO GET YOUR ORDER COMPLETELY AND FINALIZED!

AND THEIR MANAGERS TALK TO YOU AND BRAG ABOUT HOW MUCH QUANTITY THEY SELL. AND BECAUSE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR FRUSTRATION DESERVES SOME TYPE OF CONCESSION, THEY SAY THAT YOU ARE 'BLACKMAILING' THEM! YES, SIR! AFTER 10 YEARS OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM, ALL OF A SUDDEN, WE ARE BLACKMAILING THEM! HAHA!!! WELL GUESS WHAT?
