I bought a key for Sim City 4, on the 3rd. I tried it rightaway, it was invalid. I contacted support directly after for a working key. (receiving, trying and contacting support was all in one hour). It took a full day to get the response, that the issue was forwarded to the supplier. That was 3 days ago, it's the 7th now. Didn't hear anything anymore.

No instructions on how to activate, if you then contact for support it takes the better part of a day for them to get back to you. since i'm on a timeline I've ordered the keys elsewhere with clear instructions and requested a refund, but that's not possible as "the key has already been shown to you". the key is shown to you directly in the first e-mail you receive. 10/10 would not recommend, money grabbing, lack of information and bad support.
