prior deed information required during the interview included date recorded, book and page, etc., and instructions seemed clear enough. but on my prior deed, there was both a bar-coded, typed sticker at the top of the page, as well as another stamped field at the bottom of the page, each referencing date recorded, a book and page or section number, etc., and the record dates and book references, etc., were not the same, between the two. thus, I was uncertain as to which data was correct for this application.

OK… Deed Claim came up when I searched for how to do TOD for my Vehicle Title…& I filled it out for the Transfer on Death for my truck…
