Wisconsin Transfer on Death Deed
It was great knowing I had the right form for my state.
The only little glitch was my last name when printing out myself as the person that prepared the form. My last name is L'Allier but even though I verified I typed it in correctly in that spot, it was showing that it was going to print as L/'Allier. No big deal though, I just deleted the ' for that area on the screen. All other places allowed me to spell my last name correctly without a problem.

I called a few title companies to inquiry on the cost to handle this. All of them even the ones I use regularly told me they either don't provide the service or its $400 or more. I was shocked and almost gave up because it seemed like it would be prohibitive to take care of this. Luckily, I found out this website and for the low price of $60 and a super easy website, I was able to knock this out in all of 25 minutes. Caveat (I spent a lot of time reviewing prior deeds and title information to complete the form which may not be necessary for most people)_
