I followed your instructions on your web site if there were errors in the document. It tells you simply redo the document with the typo corrected. Problem is that it double charged my credit card $59.99. I would appreciate are a refund of the second charge. Please advise

Thanks for using DeedClaim, William, and for the positive review. We refunded the duplicate charge for you, but that charge was a result of not following the instructions for making a correction. There was no need to re-enter all of that data and purchase a separate deed, then request a refund. If you need to make further changes, just follow the instructions to request an edit link. I think you'll find that process much more efficient than creating a new lady bird deed and requesting a refund.

Thanks for using DeedClaim. All of our deeds are sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. In your case, we can see that your deed was delivered when you paid for it on January 16. Our email servers indicate it was delivered successfully, but you are using Hotmail, which is notorious for misclassifying email as spam. Please locate the deed in your Junk folder. If you cannot find it there, use the ticket system on our website to submit a ticket so that we can help you. The review process is not the right place to ask for support.
