We went back and reviewed the deed you created, and it corresponds with the answers that you gave in the interview. We can't see any deficiencies on our end based on the selections you made in the interview and the document that you received. Sometimes inaccuracies are caused by inputting the wrong information (which can happen to anyone), and we are always ready to help our users correct that. And if you think there is a problem on our end, we would love to hear that as well. In any event, I wish that you had allowed us to help you with your issue before leaving a negative review.
