I will only be 5 star happy if the county register of Deeds approves your format.

The DeedClaim website is very user friendly and makes it quite easy to create one`s own deed. Instructions and explanations to fit varying circumstances are easily understood. The price is fair, and overall, I trust the final product to be properly formatted and to be fully compliant with state law. I recommend this service to anyone who has a noncomplex straight forward deed requirement and wants to avoid paying a high legal fee.

Awesome platform. Easy to use and inexpensive. The deed generated by DeedClaim was perfect and I saved tons of money by not having to hire a lawyer to prepare the deed. I can absolutely recommend DeedClaim and will use it in the future.

It seemed to work and is very official. We will get it notarized and taken out to our Register of Deeds. Hopefully, they will accept it. Otherwise, you will be hearing from me.

We tried to obtain a quitclaim deed on another site, for a lower cost, but it was not complete. We're quite pleased to have obtained a quitclaim deed from you. Thanks

especially liked the explanations in detail about every choice. Did not like that you could not click on the back button-it kicks you out and you have to start over
