Only problem was that when I ordered, the website told me that I would receive an email when the items were dispatched (which was promised to be the same day, as I ordered before 3PM). The promised email never arrived, and whenever I went to check the staus of my order on the website it said that the order was still being got ready. So I was getting worried. After a few days of this I emailed Deresina to ask what the problem was. They replied promptly and told me that the items actually had been despatched as promised, and they even gave me a Royal Mail tracking number. I read their reply shortly after the items arrived! No mention of why their systems are not working as they should.
